    Pros

    Offers many products and features as a one-stop-shop. Keeps all client information in one location. Can email clients directly and file previously sent emails.

    Cons

    Fields are not optimized for quick editing. Phone and address fields lack templates. Converted leads still appear when searching, causing confusion.
