Ubeya Software Features

Ubeya software enables you to create daily, weekly, or monthly schedules from one dashboard. The system finds workers who have availability, skills, and certifications for the different shifts in addition to compliance rules. That reduces conflicts and last-minute schedule changes.

Ubeya is one platform for centralized communications, attendance tracking, payroll-related data, and compliance monitoring. Managers are able to confirm shifts, track hours worked, and review workforce activity without switching between different tools.

AI can be used to optimize labor and reduce costs; it does this by identifying gaps in staffing. Ubeya HR is therefore perfect for businesses considering human resources management software that can support flexible workforce models.

Using AI to optimize can reduce labor costs since it identifies staffing gaps. This makes Ubeya HR ideal for companies looking at HR management software that can accommodate flexibility. The platform allows for role-based access, audit trails, and structured workflows. These tools help businesses maintain compliance while scaling temporary staffing operations.

Ubeya comes with a vendor management layer that covers supplier onboarding, order management, billing, and performance tracking. Shared portals enable staffing vendors and clients to collaborate without needing spreadsheets or email threads.

Role-based permissioning, audit trails, and structured approval workflows can be easily created throughout the platform. Access management by managers is carried across branches, teams, or administrative levels.

Excellent Event Management Solution for Gig‑Based Teams

    Pros

The staff rating and manager comment system is fantastic for communication and accountability. The gig‑based pricing model works perfectly since you only pay for workers who actually work that month. I also love the flexibility—events can be first‑come, first‑serve or managed by handpicking staff. Different pay rates per role and flat‑rate payments add even more control. Partner companies can even create their own events and request staff directly.

    Cons

The manager app can be buggy and often shows duplicate events. The client interface doesn’t fully match my business model yet, and some areas still need refinement. That said, I’ve seen steady improvements and would still recommend it for managing gig‑based staff.

Exceptional Performance Across Hiring, Payroll, and Scheduling

    Pros

I manage hiring, scheduling, and payroll for up to 300 employees across multiple projects, and this platform has completely changed how I work. It eliminated endless spreadsheet data entry and replaced it with a structured, organized system that keeps everything clear and manageable.

    Cons

Geo‑tracking is limited to live locations only, making it difficult to monitor staff movement during jobs. There’s no equipment tracking by serial number, which would be helpful for inventory control. Job descriptions and documents can’t be uploaded before applications open, and payments don’t connect directly to bank accounts for automatic transfers. Integrations with tools like Monday.com are also missing, which limits workflow efficiency.
