What are the VSee Features?

Explore what VSee EMR Software offers — from day-to-day workflows to advanced capabilities.

4 features

Virtual Waiting Room

Patients log in to a virtual waiting room, and providers log in to find out who has arrived and pull them into a video session – like a front desk, but virtual. Staff can queue and unqueue people, can send a message to a patient before their appointment, or can authorise someone out of the waiting room when they are not booked in for this appointment.

Network and Device Testing

The VSee network test is used to test the stability of communication connections in advance of the call to ensure that packets are not lost, there are no delays or jitters, and problems can be detected before the start of the call. A separate device test shows the patient their camera, microphone, speaker, and browser, and offers a sample call to give both parties peace of mind that they are all set up before the actual appointment.

Custom Workflows and EMR Notes

Advanced plans include additional fields, appointment notes, and state or specialty routing (for practices with geographic licensing requirements), among other features. For larger provider teams, Enterprise accounts can also come with a completely branded, white-label app and Single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.

What is the VSee Pricing?

VSee’s pricing begins at $0/provider/month with the Free plan that offers a simple waiting room for single providers. For paid VSee pricing tiers, the more practices grow, the more features they will receive:

  • Free: $0/provider/month for basic walk-in waiting room, one-on-one video
  • Plus: $29/provider/month for patient portal, group video, payments, reminders
  • Premium: $49/provider/month for shared waiting room, EMR notes, live chat, and phone support
  • Enterprise: custom pricing for white-label app, SSO/MFA, custom workflows

Since Enterprise pricing depends on the workflows needed, it’s worth contacting VSee directly for a quote scoped to your practice. For other options, discover our healthcare software expertise.
