4 features

Patient Engagement

The platform allows patients to connect and communicate with their doctors virtually. It also lets them book appointments at their convenience, view lab reports, and request prescription refills using mobile apps. Automated alerts for updates, appointments, and notifications are also available in the solution, along with a dedicated patient portal. This helps keep patients connected and improve the overall performance of your practice center.

Reporting and Analytics

The software includes tools for generating reports, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing data to improve healthcare practices and operations. The platform gives Athena providers access to control and update patient records. This may include medical history, patient charts, medications, allergies, and test results in real time.

Electronic Health Record System

The core feature of this software is documentation to improve clinical efficiency. The software can also integrate with a mobile app known as AthenaOne, where you can access information and reports even on the go. With software protocols like pre-encounter prep and customizable workflows, you will be able to save time and improve documentation.

Revenue Cycle Management

As a private medical practice center, collecting what you actually owe is one of the biggest challenges. With athena’s RCM services like authorization handling, denial resolution, and medical coding, you can earn more by doing less. If you work at a large enterprise with complex medical solutions, you can lower the cost to collect and reduce A/R days through automated workflows and low-touch processes. Also, you can customize the platform as per requirements.
